Military Discount: Conditions/terms
of offer. The Property Owner of record must have : An HONORABLE DISCHARGE or PROOF of
ACTIVE DUTY submit a clear, color copy, with the raised seal of the branch of service plainly visible.A copy of a Valid Military ID or a current State issued ID/D.L. and a Social Sec. card.Proof
of U.S. CitizenshipA spouse of a Veteran is eligible providing that the following conditions
are met; They are of the opposite sex with a valid Marriage Certificate or a Certificate of Death. Cotters
Carpentry will not recognize any same sex marriage discount as the state of Florida defines in its Constitution
that a "marriage shall be defined as that of a union of a man and a woman" where as Cotters
Carpentry is registered with The Division of Corporations and therefore shall follow Florida law.Your childs Active Duty or Honorable Discharge will qualify you with a copy of the Birth Certificate and the other
required information being supplied.Any person falsly representing any ommission for
the Military Discount also shall agree to be billed double the current Cotters Carpentry
Rate in effect. Cotters Carpentry shall only recognize Marriage Certificates issued
in the state of Florida for the purpose of this discount to avoid any confusion on this matter.The
discount shall be $5.00 PER HOUR on hourly work & 10% off of bid work, this will not be combinable with any other offer.
The Discount must be applied for before the work is completed by Cotters Carpentry (post
