Qualifications
:a.) Experience in residential home construction as applicable. :b.) Able to pass a criminal Background Check. :c.) High School Diploma or G.E.D. :d.) Able to pass/sign off Drug/Alcohol Testing (inclusive of "Random Testing" Right to Consent) as the Law would allow. :e.) Consent to obtain medical history. :f.) Ability to listen and follow verbal instruction to any given order on the job. :g.) A willingness to Travel, if needed. :h.) Of "moral" character. :i.) In possession of a valid Drivers License with a good Driving History. :j.) Polite and Courteous. :k.) Possess' the ability to lift 100 lb.'s or better repeatedly for an 8 hr. shift. :l.) The ability to work in the elements. :m.) Extremely Good Balance. :n.) Extremely good agility. :o.) Be within 25 lb.'s +/- of your ideal body weight as described by the A.M.A. :p.) Possess a desire to deliver Quality at all times. :q.) Safety Oriented.
